Are you living with persistent pain, would like to move better or recovering from an injury, would like to feel stronger, breathe more efficiently and effectively?
We offer a variety of Clinical Pilates mat and equipment exercise classes. Our skill is to manage all types of clients whether you are returning, working with an injury or want to achieve all round wellness & fitness goals.
Lajuno Pilates offers courses that are designed for you to become aware of how postural challenges can affect day to day movement.
Exercises are tailormade for injury rehabilitation designed for recovery, strength, general fitness and to achieve functional movement. Group classes are small, intimate, and interactive. Whilst all Pilates classes are based on the same core principles alignment, breathing and centring our exercises provide modifications tailored to individual injuries with the end goal of rehabilitation & strength.
We pride ourselves on keeping sessions small in numbers, fun and informative whilst teaching clients how to use their bodies to achieve overall wellness.

How do our classes work?
Classes are small, please remember that you are signing up for a course and your space will be reserved exclusively for you for that entire time even if you do not attend.
How much are classes and how do I pay for each class?
Classes are charged monthly. £12.50 per class to be paid in advance for the month.
What to bring to class? What do I wear?
A mat, hand towel, and water. Footwear is not required; bare feet or socks is best. Loose comfortable clothing to allow the body to relax. Small pillow and blanket for breath work relaxation phase of classes.
Do I need equipment?
Yes, a Pilates mat. We also supply equipment to perfect alignment and correct body position. Stability balls, Pilates Roller, Pilates Ring, resistance bands and straps for progressive stretches and flexibility.
Do I have to have an injury to attend? Or have previous Pilates experience?
No, classes are suitable for all levels, beginner, intermediate or advanced. We also work on core activation, toning and general all-round fitness. Classes are suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced.
What if I have an injury?
If you have an ongoing injury and are returning after a period of absence, individual training may be the solution. After an initial assessment a one-to-one session can be arranged to discuss any challenges, you are working with. A personal plan will be designed to help you achieve the absolute best from your individual workout. Gradually adding equipment to enhance and improve your programme where necessary. Building overall health and wellbeing.
Do I need to complete a health questionnaire?
Yes, this form is essential and is used as a rehabilitation plan, injury history and the information is used to safely guide you back to recovery. All information is treated as confidential in accordance with the GDPR regulations.
Why do you run courses?
We get to know your body history, any injuries that you are living with and your long-term health goals. This is achieved with regular consistent guided practice.
