How are the classes structured?
A qualified Clinical Pilates teacher delivers therapeutic tailored classes run in the local community. Places are booked, paid, and reserved in advance. Courses are structured to treat injuries and specific individual needs. Each week we teach a variety of exercises and use lots of equipment to enhance your experience. Classes are a repertoire of the classical Pilates method, teaching you to create postural changes, core activation, flexibility, and strength.
Finding new pathways, a deeper connection to your body and a fresh perspective with your everyday movement.
Each week we have a different focus to include balance, agility, heart health and breathing techniques. By activating the smaller muscles in the body to create stabilisation of joints, spine, and coordination.
Individual Tuition
This a wonderful way to learn Pilates, develop technique and how correct breathwork can open the body. With the guidance of your own personal teacher, you will have the opportunity to explore the Pilates method and how this helps you to become more in tune with your body.
How does it work?
If you have an ongoing injury and are returning after a period of absence, individual training may be the solution. After an initial assessment a consultation can be arranged to discuss any challenges you are currently working with. A personal plan will be designed to help you achieve the absolute best from your individual workout. Gradually adding equipment to enhance and improve your movement where necessary. Building overall health and confidence.
Sessions can be arranged at your convenience at a time that works best for you.
Individual sessions are perfect for those who prefer to learn on their own. The hour is dedicated to your personal needs and is often more suitable than group sessions.
Appointments can be booked by email.
